Warren LAH/BNP Program

The Warren Living at Home/Block Nurse Program provides services to keep you or a loved one living at home for as long as possible, priority given to those 60 or older, and includes Warren, Alvarado, and Oslo communities. 1. The program uses its neighbors as volunteers.
2. Provide caregiver companion services
3. Respite education & support tools
4. Senior pool time
5. Stay active and independent for Life (SAIL) class
6. Available trikes to be borrowed out in Warren, Alvarado, and Oslo communities
7. Rides for in and out of town travels (a small cost for the out-of-town trips) in town are free.
8. Help with small chores around the home
9. Friendly visits/friendships
10. Daily check-ins on the homebound or telephone check-ins
11. Respite care for caregiver
12. Light maintenance (window cleaning)
13. Handicap accessible van will pick you up and bring you to Senior Meals and home again
14. Home recycling pick up
15. Arthritis Foundation Exercise classes
16. Christmas baskets made and delivered
17. Health/Depression Screenings/Matter of Balance classes
18. Social Events
